在(zài )这(zhè )个时节该(gāi )如何(hé )调(diào )理(lǐ )养(yǎng )生?宋(sòng )曙霞(xiá )认为,在饮(yǐn )食上(shàng )可多(duō )吃(chī )有芬芳气味的蔬菜,如韭(jiǔ )菜、香菜(cài )、葱、蒜、荠(qí )菜(cài )、香椿等(děng ),以疏肝柔(róu )肝(gān )。另外,俗语称“春日吃春芽”,也就(jiù )是说(shuō )这个季节可吃鲜绿的嫩芽,比如豆芽(yá )、蒜(suàn )苗、豆苗、莴(wō )苣等(děng ),禁食(shí )或(huò )少(shǎo )食辛辣(là )刺激食物,以(yǐ )免肝火上(shàng )炎。
