人才(cái )队伍建设是提升(shēng )托育(yù )服务质(zhì )量的保障(zhàng )。面对(duì )当前托育(yù )专(zhuān )业人才短缺(quē )这(zhè )一瓶颈,长沙(shā )师范学(xué )院学前教(jiāo )育学(xué )院(yuàn )院长张(zhāng )晓辉(huī )建议,从(cóng )教(jiāo )师(shī )专(zhuān )业(yè )标准体系(xì )建设出(chū )发,将(jiāng )托育机构师资纳入其中,提高托(tuō )育(yù )服务专业化(huà )水平;从(cóng )学(xué )历提(tí )升和专业成长考(kǎo )虑,拓(tuò )宽专(zhuān )业(yè )人员发展(zhǎn )路径,增强托育(yù )机构从业(yè )人(rén )员对职业(yè )的(de )归属感、荣(róng )誉感。
